Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During new product launches, limited releases, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the estimated total package weight.

Our current standard domestic shipping rates are:

• Packages weighing 0–0.99 lb: $8.00

• Packages weighing 1 lb or more: $12.00

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping is estimated to take approximately 3–5 business days after an order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for your carrier's tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.

We will address missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries in accordance with applicable laws and our Return and Refund Policy.
